Investigate performance issues with DPA

DPA uses an approach called wait-based analysis to help you focus on issues that provide the greatest performance improvements. (For more information, see The DPA approach to investigating performance issues.) Query advisors and table advisors identify performance issues and help you find the root cause. Anomaly detection identifies queries with wait times significantly higher than normal.
