Delete a container service

1. Log into the SolarWinds Platform Web Console as an Orion administrator.

2. Click Settings > All Settings.

3. Under Node & Group Management, click Manage Container Services.

4. On the Container Services page, select the service and click Delete.

5. When the Delete dialog box appears, confirm the removal of the service.

   

   If container data exists on nodes where you are deleting a container service, you'll be prompted to remove that data from nodes. Steps vary for each container service, as described in:

   • Delete Docker containers and container images from nodes
   • Delete Docker Swarm containers and container images from nodes
   • Delete Kubernetes namespaces from nodes
   • Delete Apache Mesos container data from nodes

After removing container data from nodes, return to the Delete dialog box and click "Yes, delete." The status of the related container service should switch to Down after the next polling cycle.
