This topic applies only to the following products:
SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted
SAM — VMAN
The following table describes about how Nutanix sensor statuses translate to the SolarWinds Platform for Hardware Health monitoring.
Nutanix status | Description | SolarWinds Platform (self-hosted) status |
---|---|---|
Fan | ||
cr | critical | Critical |
nc | non-critical | Warning |
nr | non-recoverable | Critical |
ok | OK | Up |
ns | non-specified | Unknown |
PSU | ||
Present, OK | PSU is present. | Up |
CPU | ||
Populated | CPU is present. | Up |
Empty | CPU is not present. | Unknown |
Populated, Disabled | CPU is present but disabled. | Disabled |
If the Nutanix API does not provide a sensor status, the SolarWinds Platform sets the status to Unknown and that value can be modified by custom thresholds.
