Audit logs in DRE

The Audit Logs report provides a list of actions performed by Technicians that are filtered by date and event type. Choose from a list of actions that sort information in the report to fit your needs. Track event trends by viewing the report as an area or pie chart. View specific details about each event, including the event ID, date, technician name, event type, and event description.

  1. In the Admin Area, navigate to Reports > Audit logs.
  2. Select the date you would like to include in the report. A date range can be selected from the Quick Picks list of common dates, or you can add a custom date range.
  3. Select the event types that you would like to include in the report. The report will update automatically each time you check one of the event types.
  4. Determine if you wan to review the report using an area graph, a pie graphs, or no graphs. Click Area, Pie, or Hide Graph, respectively.
  5. Fill the Search technicians field to view events performed by a specific Technician.
  6. Click Table Actions to select which data columns to include in the report.
  7. To review another report, click Clear all next to the list of filters currently being implemented.
