Transfer or share a support session with another technician
Sometimes it is necessary to transfer or share the session to another tech after it has already started.
- In the Console, click in the left navigation menu for Devices. Click Pending Requests and select the session you want to transfer.
- Select a technician.
- Add Transfer comments, or mark the transfer request as urgent.
- Click Invite To Join to share the session with another technician.
- Click Transfer To in order to transfer the session to the selected technician.
