Transfer or share a support session with another technician

Sometimes it is necessary to transfer or share the session to another tech after it has already started.

  1. In the Console, click in the left navigation menu for Devices. Click Pending Requests and select the session you want to transfer.
  2. Select a technician.
  3. Add Transfer comments, or mark the transfer request as urgent.
  4. Click Invite To Join to share the session with another technician.
  5. Click Transfer To in order to transfer the session to the selected technician.
