Send a support link
Similar to the PIN Code, you can copy the Support Link from the console interface and provide it to your customer. They can use the link to initiate a remote support session.
- In the Console, click and select Start New Session under the New Session tab.
- Click the support link under Option 2 to copy the link to the clipboard and provide it to your customer.
- Click In the Console, click to open an email in your default mail system with the support link automatically generated.
