Create a single Calling Card from the Console
- In the Console, click in the left navigation menu for Sessions.
- Under New Session, expand Additional information about the Calling Card.
- Enter your customer's name and email address.
- Click the dropdown next to Selected Queue, and select who receives the requests generated by this calling card.
- Click the dropdown next to Expiration to set expiration options for the calling card.
- Enter the support time included on the calling card.
- Enter an expiration date, and click OK.
- Click Generate Calling Card.
Support Time and Expiration Date are independent. Configure both options, only one option or neither one of the options.
