Create a single Calling Card from the Console

  1. In the Console, click in the left navigation menu for Sessions.
  2. Under New Session, expand Additional information about the Calling Card.
  3. Enter your customer's name and email address.
  4. Click the dropdown next to Selected Queue, and select who receives the requests generated by this calling card.
  5. Click the dropdown next to Expiration to set expiration options for the calling card.
    1. Enter the support time included on the calling card.
    2. Enter an expiration date, and click OK.
  6. Support Time and Expiration Date are independent. Configure both options, only one option or neither one of the options.

  7. Click Generate Calling Card.
