Before you can use Loggly, you need to configure your logging setup to send your logs to Loggly.
The types of logs that can be uploaded, and the procedures for doing so, are shown in the menu list at the left, under the "Logging Setup" heading. We include setups for common operating systems and applications that maintain logs.
You’ll see code examples and screenshots for configuring each setup, sending test logs, and verifying events. Advanced options and troubleshooting procedures are also provided. To use a code example, you need one or more parameters associated with your logs. These parameters may include your Loggly subdomain, username, and password; your Loggly customer token; your application name and command; etc.
To get started, click the setup procedure that applies to you in the menu list at the left. Once you have successfully sent your first logs to your Loggly account, see Using Loggly.
When the APM Integrated Experience is enabled, Loggly shares a common navigation and enhanced feature set with the other integrated experiences' products.
