EOC Getting Started Guide
SolarWinds Enterprise Operations Console (EOC) offers a comprehensive view of the instances in distributed deployment (called SolarWinds Sites). EOC provides insight into alerts, global reporting capabilities, and a compilation of current status information from all entities at each site. EOC
users can view, triage, and troubleshoot issues that might span multiple sites.
To get started with EOC, complete the following tasks.

Determine where to start. Have you already installed and configured EOC?

Log into EOC. If you have never logged into EOC, see this topic on logging in to EOC for the first time. |

Add a SolarWinds Site to EOC. Using the Add Sites Wizard, SolarWinds EOC can connect to any SolarWinds Site that runs on a supported version of the SolarWinds Platform (or Orion Platform). |

Add EOC user credentials. Specify which SolarWinds Site a user account can access and associate each EOC user account with a SolarWinds Site account to view site data. |

Learn about EOC dashboards. Learn about the different EOC dashboards, such as EOC Summary and EOC Maps, used to view and manage data from SolarWinds Sites. |

Import SolarWinds Site maps into EOC. Understand the difference between the Network Atlas and Worldwide maps and how to import, place, and display maps from SolarWinds Sites in EOC. |

Use All Alerts to view status information and alerts. Learn how to view site status information to respond to triggered events and how to quickly display alert information most important to you. |
