Before you upgrade!

EOC 2022.4 can be upgraded from previous versions 2020.2.1 and later. If you are running a version earlier than EOC 2020.2.1, please upgrade to EOC 2020.2.6 first and then upgrade to version 2022.4.

As always, EOC must be installed on a separate server from the products running on the SolarWinds Platform.

How to upgrade

You must be on EOC 2020.2.1 or later to upgrade to EOC 2022.4. If you are on EOC 2020.2 or earlier, first upgrade to 2020.2.6 and then upgrade to 2022.4.

You can upgrade your entire deployment from the My Deployment page (Settings > My Deployment).
