Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) in SolarWinds Platform products

SolarWinds Platform only uses ICMP to poll devices for status, average response time, and packet loss percentage. Other information displayed in the SolarWinds Platform Web Console is obtained via SNMP requests.
