Set and manage user account expiration
This topic applies to all SolarWinds Platform (self-hosted) products.
When you configure user account expiration, the user cannot log in to the web console after the date you configure. The user is informed about the expiry on the login page.
You need Administrator rights to manage user account expiration.

Log in to the SolarWinds Platform Web Console using an account with Administrator rights, and click Settings > All Settings.

Click Manage Accounts in the User Accounts grouping.

Select a user and click Edit.

In Account Expires, click the calendar icon and set or change the date.
To disable the account expiration, enter Never into the Account Expires field.

Click Submit.
The account expiration is changed. The user will not be able to log in to the web console after the date you configured.
