License management
Toolset uses a seat-based license. The tools are made accessible from the SolarWinds Platform Web Console. This feature is only available for the Engineer's Toolset license.
- Web Toolset Per Seat License activation key: the number of users who can access the application is based on the number of seats purchased per license.
- Engineer's Toolset for Desktop activation key: can be used for one installation of Engineer's Toolset for Desktop.
- Use Web Toolset as a stand-alone product: monitor up to ten resources, regardless of the number of seats purchased.
- Use Web Toolset with other SolarWinds Platform products: monitor as many resources as the other product licenses, and additional 10 resources from the Toolset license.
