ETS 11.0.1 release notes

These release notes provide additional guidance for SolarWinds Engineer's Toolset v11.0.1 Service Release.
You MUST upgrade your SolarWinds Orion products to their latest versions before upgrading to Toolset v11.0.1.
Toolset requires at least Orion Platform 2014.2.1—found in NPM v11 released in July 2014 and in all subsequent SolarWinds Orion product releases.
