We've introduced an advance setting within the Escalation policy that can help you re-trigger an incident if it has not been resolved for a certain period of time.

New Optional Fields in Create Service API

We introduced two new optional fields: tags and maintainer.
You can use them in the following ways:

Improved Service Catalog
Improvement
Thanks to your incredible user feedback, we’ve revamped our Service Catalog! The redesign provides a consolidated summary of all active services in a single dashboard.
The new Service Catalog includes the ability to:

Assign owners to a service to drive the concept of better ownership

Classify services based on Tags to improve context

You can now view improved metrics indicating the responsiveness of all the collaborators for an incident, as part of the Incident Details page.

Re-Notify Acknowledged Incidents
Improvement
We made some improvements to our Escalation Policy feature. You can now set up re-notifications for your acknowledged incidents. Once a user acknowledges an incident, they will start receiving periodic reminders, for a maximum of 48 hours since the time of acknowledgment.

New Export Async API

We just released an Incident Exports Async API. With this, there is no limit on the number of incidents you can export. You will receive an email once the download is complete.

We have improved our SSO login experience with support for SP initiated login. Now, if your account is SSO enabled, simply use Login with SSO button on the login page to login quickly.

My On-Call Shifts

We have made an improvement in the Profile Page. You can now view your or any user's on-call shifts in the Profile Page. My On-Call Shifts allows users to view their shifts across all Escalation Policies and Schedules in a single, easy-to-use view.

We have made an improvement in the Incident Details Page. Using Communication Channels, you can now add video call, chatops and external links to an incident. Additionally, you can create a dedicated Slack Channel for an incident using the Communications Card.

Overriding DND and Volume Settings
New
You can now choose to override the DND settings on your mobile phones and receive critical incident notifications from Squadcast via Push, SMS, and Phone Call.
The below tables indicate the behavior observed on most of the iOS and Android devices. We intend to make this feature work as effectively as possible, as and when the OS will allow us to do so.

Filter Incidents with/without Postmortems

Mentioning Users, Squads and Teams in Notes

You can call out other users using the “@” symbol for important notes. You can also notify all the members of a particular Squad or a Team by “@” mentioning the Squad or the Team name.
