Configure Rules Engine for Email Integration
Improvement
We just improved our Rules Engine and you can now Configure Deduplication, Tagging and Routing rules even for services integrated via Email as well.

Instana Integration
New
Instana is an automated Application Performance Monitoring tool primarily for Microservice Applications with built-in End User monitoring, Infrastructure monitoring and advanced analytics & insights.
Squadcast has launched a new alert source integration with Instana, using which you will be able to get alerted and take actions on them from Squadcast.
Instana integration comes with an Auto-Resolve feature, meaning when an alert gets resolved in Instana, Squadcast will automatically resolve the incident.

StatusCake Integration
New
Squadcast has launched a new integration with StatusCake, a website uptime & performance monitoring tool. Currently, this integration supports Uptime Monitoring, Page Speed Monitoring , SSL Monitoring and Server Monitoring.
The Uptime Monitoring integration comes with an Auto-Resolve feature, meaning when an alert gets resolved in StatusCake, it will automatically get resolved in Squadcast as well.

Postmortem templates
New
Postmortems are a way to summarize the resolution for an incident once it is resolved.
Postmortems are a way for you to create a knowledge-base of failures and fixes that can be shared across your organization to help build a culture of shared learning and learning from your failrues.
Now you can perform Postmortems directly from Squadcast. With our new Postmortem feature, you can use one of the default pre-populated templates or create and customize your own Postmortem templates and use them for performing Postmortems and Root Cause Analysis.
You can easily style your Postmortem as it supports Markdown and once you are finished, you can export them as PDF or MD file and share it with others.

Creating Incidents from Slack
Improvement
We have improved our Slack integration and now you can Create incidents from Slack directly into Squadcast.
With this update, Now you can Create, Acknowledge, Collaborate and Resolve incidents directly from Slack.
Freshping Integration
New
We have launched a new alert source integration with Freshping which will help you monitor the uptime availability of your web assets.
This integration comes with an Auto-Resolve feature meaning when a downed service comes online again, Squadcast will automatically resolve the related incident.

HoneyBadger Integration
New
We have launched new alert source integration with Honeybadger.io which will help with Exception & Uptime monitoring for app developers.
This integration comes with an Auto-Resolve feature meaning when a reported issue gets resolved, Squadcast will automatically resolve the issue.

StatusPage - Subscribe to Updates
New
We have launched a new feature for StatusPages called Subscribe to Updates. Now you can enable Subscriptions in StatusPages and your end users will be able to Subscribe to the updates from your StatusPage via Email.

Incident Routing
New
We have launched Incident routing also know as Alert routing. This feature can be used to route alerts to the right responder(s) with help of Routing rules. You can define the routing rules based on Tags.

Tags & Severities
New
We have launched a Tagging feature using which you can define Tagging rules and incidents will be tagged based on the rules. Tags are basically key:value pairs and you can assign colors to tags.
Severities can be implemented as tags.

September 2019
The following new features, improvements, and fixed issues were made to SolarWinds Incident Response during September.
Deduplication
New
We have launched a de-duplication feature using which you can configure the de-duplication rules and based on which events will be de-duplicated and clubbed into the same incident.

Web app improvements
Improvement
We fixed some bugs in the web app and made it way faster to load. The initial load time has been reduced from about 10 seconds to 2 seconds.
Elastic Integration (Watcher)
New
Squadcast has launched an integration with Elastic (Watcher), which will help getting alerts from all Elastic products. It can be used to get alerts from ELK Stack, Elastic APM, Elastic Uptime etc.

Buildkite Integration
New
Squadcast has launched an integration with Buildkite, which will help with getting alerts for Buildkite events and some events do support Auto-Resolve feature.

AWS CloudTrail Integration
New
Squadcast has launched 2 new integrations for CloudTrail integration.
AWS CloudTrail alerts via CloudWatch

AWS CloudTrail logs

Squadcast Server support in mobile app
New
Squadcast has launched a new version of mobile app with support for both cloud version of Squadcast and the self-hosted server version.
Delete Organization
New
Now Account Owners will be able to delete your organisation and associated data, should you decide to do so.
Fixed the Slack cancel authorization page freeze bug
Improvement
We have fixed the bug which caused page to freeze with the Squadcast spinner when you start Slack integration but cancels the process midway.
Now, when the Slack integration is cancelled midway, it will redirect you back to the integrations page without any issues and you can retry the integration or continue performing any other action.
Jira Cloud integration
New
Squadcast have launched a new integration with Jira cloud, using which issues can be created in JIRA projects when there is an incident in Squadcast either Automatically or Manually and sync the status bidirectionally.

LogDNA
New
Squadcast has launched an integration with LogDNA, which will help getting alerts from LogDNA into Squadcast, when the alert conditions are met.

Export Incident & Timeline
New
Squadcast has just launched a new feature to export the Incident and Timeline data in both PDF & CSV format. This will help greatly while performing RCA & Postmortems.
Added Incident Description to notification email
Improvement
We have added Incident description field to the incident notification email so users can have more information about the incident immediately upon notification.
StatusPage v1
New
We have just launched an initial version of Squadcast StatusPage to publicly communicate the status of your services.

New
Squadcast has launched a new integration with Graylog to ingest alerts from Graylog.

Suppression Rules bug
Improvement
We have fixed the Suppression Rules bug which reported the suppression reason as due to Maintenance mode irrespective of whether it is due to scheduled maintenance or suppression rules.
Now incidents suppressed due to suppression rules will have information, Incident suppressed due to suppression rules, in the Incident timeline.
Azure Monitor Integration
New
Squadcast has launched an integration with Azure Monitor to monitor metrics and get alerts.
The Azure Monitor integration comes with an Auto-Resolve feature, meaning an incident which is resolved in Azure monitor will be automatically resolved in Squadcast as well.

OverOps Integration

Squadcast has launched an integration with OverOps to get alerts from incidents into Squadcast.

Splunk Integration

Squadcast has launched an integration with Splunk, using which search alerts can be brought into Squadcast.

AppDynamics Integration
New
Squadcast has now added AppDynamics Integration using which alerts can be brought into Squadcast from AppDynamics.
The AppDynamics Integration comes with an Auto-Resolve feature, meaning when an alert get resolved or closed in AppDynamics, it automatically gets resolved in Squadcast as well, provided it's setup properly.

SignalFx Integration

Squadcast has added SignalFx Integration, which will help getting Alert notifications from SignalFx into Squadcast and create incidents.

Squadcast has added SAML 2.0 based Google SSO Integration and now organizations can enable this for their users to use Google SSO to login into Squadcast without needing a password.

Service Levels - SLI & SLO
New
We have launched Service Levels to track SLIs and match them against SLOs with a dedicated SLO dashboard to monitor the SLO breaches. Whenever, the SLO is breached, an incident will be triggered.

Squadcast Actions - CircleCI
New
Squadcast lets you take actions directly on Incidents by clicking on the More Actions button. Right now, we have CircleCI Integration which lets you take Rebuild action from the incident.

DEX SDKs - Go, NodeJS
New
We just launched our own SDKs to measure the Service Level Indicators (SLI) called DEX. DEX is right now in beta mode and available for Go and NodeJS. We will be adding DEX SDKs for other platforms as well.
Ghost Inspector Integration
New
Ghost Inspector is an automated UI testing tool. Whenever a UI test fails, an incident will be created in Squadcast. Similar to Runscope, this integration integrations also comes with an Auto-Resolve feature.

Runscope Integration
New
Runscope is used to test your services API endpoint. With this integration, whenever a test fails, an incident will be triggered in Squadcast. The integration comes with an Auto-Resolve feature, meaning whenever a failed test passes again, the incident will be Auto-Resolved in Squadcast without any manual intervention.

The latest MongoDB integration supports both the cloud hosted version (MongoDB Atlas) and the self-hosted community version (MongoDB Cloud Manager). MongoDB alerts will be automatically created as incidents in Squadcast.
