Upgrade the PHP Library

Upgrade the SolarWinds Observability PHP Library using the process outlined in the installation instructions. If you are using the wrapper script, a new version is only downloaded if the if the installed instrumentation is older than the latest available.

The most recent PHP Library version and release date is 8.11.0 - January 30, 2025. See the PHP Library release notes for details of the recent changes to the library.
