New features and improvements

Kiwi CatTools 3.12.1 offers new features and improvements compared to previous versions of Kiwi CatTools.

.NET 4.8 Support

The .NET 3.5 dependency has been replaced and improved by .NET 4.8.

Upgraded licensing framework

The SolarWinds.Licensing.Framework in the Kiwi CatTools License Manager has been replaced and improved with SolarWinds.Licensing.Gen4.
