The SWSD home page is accessible from the home icon on the settings tab.
By navigating to Setup > Global Settings > Service Desk Settings, an administrator can change the global default landing page, which is the Incidents index page.
Each user can also can configure their own home page. This option allows users to save clicks by establishing the SWSD page they want to visit the most quickly.
Set your home page
Select the orange user avatar icon in the upper right.
From the dropdown select My Account.
Select the SETTINGS tab and scroll to the Home Page section.
Hover your cursor over the name of the home page until the pencil icon displays to the right.
Click the pencil, then select your preferred page from the dropdown list.
Access the home page
Click the Home icon in the left pane.
