Generate a Services Basic Information report

Patch Manager includes a set of configuration management reports called Services, Device Drivers, and Terminal Services. Using these reports, you can create a Services Basic Information report that provides a list of all services on all inventoried client computers.

The following procedure describes how to generate and export a Services Basic Information report.

1. Log in to the Patch Manager Web Console.
2. Generate a managed computers inventory.

3. Expand Administration and Reporting > Reporting > Configuration Management Reports and select Services, Device Drivers, and Terminal Services.

   

4. Under Reports, select Services Basic Information.

   

5. In the Actions column, click Run Report.

   

   The results display in the console.

   

Export the report

1. In the toolbar, click Export.

   

2. Complete the Export Options dialog box.

   

   1. Select a report format.
   2. In the Export Filename field, enter a new path to store the report or record the existing path for reference.
3. Click Export.
