Track ticket work time

You can include work time to a ticket if required by your organization. This information will be including in your WHD billing reports.

  1. Log in to WHD with tech or agent credentials.
  2. Click Tickets in the toolbar.
  3. Locate and open a ticket assigned to you as a tech.
  4. Click the Ticket Details tab.
  5. In the Notes tab, click the time stamp next to the note you want to edit.

  6. In the Work Time fields, add the time required to perform an activity, and then click Save.

  7. Repeat step 3 through step 6 whenever you add work to a ticket.
