Here's what's new in Engineer's Toolset 2023.4. This version is released for both Engineer's Toolset for the Web and Engineer's Toolset for Desktop.

Installation or upgrade
Engineer's Toolset for Desktop
To upgrade Engineer's Toolset for Desktop to 2023.4, download the latest ETS for Desktop installer from the Customer Portal and reinstall ETS for Desktop by following the steps in Downloading and installing Engineer's Toolset for Desktop.
For more information about upgrading from a version of Engineer's Toolset for Desktop that's older than 11.0.6 to 2023.4, see the Upgrade Engineer's Toolset topic in the ETS Administrator Guide.
Engineer's Toolset for the Web
For new installations of Engineer's Toolset for the Web, you can download the installation file from the product page on https://www.solarwinds.com or from the Customer Portal.
For upgrades, go to Settings > My Deployment to initiate the upgrade. The SolarWinds Installer upgrades your entire deployment (all SolarWinds Platform products and any scalability engines).
