Add call manager devices from other manufacturers
VNQM also allows limited monitoring of other call manager devices. You can add them as VoIP network nodes and monitor their status in the VoIP Infrastructure resource. To do so, use a universal device poller configured for your call manager from other manufacturers. To take advantage of this option, Network Performance Monitor must also be installed.
- Call managers from manufacturers other than Cisco® and Avaya™ are added as VoIP network nodes, and thus are not displayed in the CallManagers resource.
- No CDR/CMR data are collected.
