These release notes describe new features and improvements in SolarWinds Service Desk.
New features and improvements in SWSD
New Link to Service Desk Documentation Page
SolarWinds has added a link in SWSD that takes customers directly to SolarWinds Service Desk Documentation in the Customer Success Center.
Click the User icon in the upper right, and then select Documentation.
A new tab opens in your default browser and takes you to the SolarWinds Service Desk Documentation page. From there you can search for topics, access guides, see Release Notes, and open the Administrator guide with a navigation panel on the left that helps you locate other topics.
