Introduction

If you are a manager of an IT team, the SolarWinds Service Desk (SWSD) service level management reports can be of benefit to you.

Report analysis

Two service level management report templates are available:

  • SLA Breaches Counter Over Time
  • SLA Breaches Percentage Over Time

The templates provide clear visibility into the timeliness of the service your team is delivering.

Filtering options

You can filter the reports to display disabled or active SLAs. A report containing data for disabled (inactive) SLAs designates them with a visual identifier.
