Report analysis
Two service level management report templates are available:
- SLA Breaches Counter Over Time
- SLA Breaches Percentage Over Time
The templates provide clear visibility into the timeliness of the service your team is delivering.
Filtering options
You can filter the reports to display disabled or active SLAs. A report containing data for disabled (inactive) SLAs designates them with a visual identifier.
