Request a PDF version of an Administrator Guide
You can request a PDF version of any administrator guide by contacting SolarWinds Technical Support. You can submit a ticket using one of these methods:

Open a support case through the Customer Portal.

Send an email to Technical Support.
Be sure to:

Mention SolarWinds Service Desk in your request. This is especially helpful if you license more than one SolarWinds product.

Provide the URL of the administrator guide you are requesting.

Provide the email address you want the PDF sent to.
It can take up to three business days for your PDF to be sent.
