Schedule tasks to stop with the Unmanage Scheduling Utility

The Unmanage Scheduling Utility is available on the SolarWinds Platform server. You can open it from the Windows Start menu; click SolarWinds Orion > Unmanage Scheduling Utility.

Note the following details about this utility:

• This program is also known as the Schedule Unmanaged Utility, or the SolarWinds Unmanage Task Editor.
• It's possible to create conflicting schedules for tasks if you use this utility and also the Windows Scheduled Task Monitor in SAM.

Schedule tasks to stop

1. Select either New Task or open an existing task by clicking Edit Task, then click Add Items.
2. Click on the Web tab and select the item(s) you want to schedule to be stopped.
3. Click Add, and then select the length of time you would like the selected item to be stopped.
4. Click OK. Optionally, click Save Task to save your selections.

View the schedule details of a selected item

1. Select an item to display details about it on the Task Item Properties pane.
2. To change an item's schedule setting, select the item and click Set Duration.
3. To delete an item, select it and click Delete Checked Items.
