SolarWinds customers use THWACK to share information, tips, issues, templates, and scripts for SAM and other SolarWinds products. You can also import templates from THWACK into the SolarWinds Platform Web Console for use in SAM.
To navigate to the SAM forum from within the SolarWinds Platform Web Console:
- Click Settings > All Settings.
- Under Product Specific Settings, click SAM Settings.
- On the SAM Settings page, click SAM thwack Forum.
