Configure SolarWinds Incident Response Integration

In the SolarWinds Platform Web Console, click Settings > All Settings, and then click Manage Alert Integration Instances in the Alerts & Reports section.

On the Manage Alert Integration Instances page, click Add Instance > SolarWinds Incident Response.

Provide a name for your SolarWinds Incident Response instance.

Log in to your SolarWinds Incident Response Instance.

Navigate to Services > Service Overview and select your service.

Expand the accordion and click Add in the Alert Sources tile.

In the Add Alert Sources... select SolarWinds Orion.

Copy the Webhook URL.

Click Add Alert Source and then click Done.

Return to the SolarWinds Platform and paste the URL into the URL field.

Create an organization-scoped key for bidirectional communication.

Log in to your SolarWinds Incident Response Instance.

Navigate to Settings > API Tokens, and open the SolarWinds OSH tab.

Click Add New API Token.

For Token Type, select SolarWinds OSH.

Enter a name and configure the expiration.

Click Generate Token to create a new token.

Click Copy to Clipboard to copy the token.
The token is shown only once. Copy and store it securely before leaving this screen because you won’t be able to retrieve it again.

Return to SolarWinds Platform and paste the token into the Org-Scoped Key field.

Click Send Test Alert to verify your settings.

Ensure that HTTP proxy settings are configured correctly.

Click Save to complete the configuration.
