Integrated Incidents

This topic applies to all SolarWinds Platform products.

By default, this widget is displayed on the Orion Summary Home page and it lists incidents triggered by integrated alerting systems.

Details:

  • Incident type: Name of the integrated instance - SolarWinds Service Desk or ServiceNow®.
  • Incident: The incident number. Click the link to access the incident in the integrated instance.
  • Status: The status of the incident.
  • Assigned to: The technician or group the incident is assigned to in the integrated instance.
