Report from Orion Report Writer

This widget provides a customizable report in the SolarWinds Platform Web Console.
Deprecating and removing the Orion Report Writer
- In Orion Platform 2018.4, the stand-alone Report Writer is being deprecated. SolarWinds suggests that you use the web-based reporting.
- As of Orion Platform 2020.2, you cannot add the Report from Orion Report Writer widget to views.
- In Orion Platform 2020.2.6, the Orion Report Writer tool is fully removed from the SolarWinds Platform.
Available actions
- Click a device to open the Device Details view for the selected device.
- Click a reported value to open a custom chart of the selected metric on the selected device over the selected time period.
Edit the widget
Click Edit to edit the Title and Subtitle and select the report type, using any of the time periods.
To limit displayed objects, enter a SQL query into the Filter field.When you have finished the configuration, click Submit.
