AI Assist for Cloud API

AI Assist for Cloud API analyzes cloud telemetry and delivers actionable insights using AI to quickly detect bottlenecks, accelerate root-cause analysis, and support optimization and resolution, streamlining incident response.

Enable AI-powered assistance for Cloud resources

  1. Click Settings > AI to open the AI Settings page.

  2. Click the Cloud AI Assist toggle.

Initiate an AI-driven investigation for your AWS EC2 instances

Root cause analysis is currently available for AWS EC2 instances. The analysis, along with recommendations and mitigation suggestions, is generated by correlating resource metrics and logs.

  1. Navigate to the AWS Cloud Account Details page.

  2. Click the Entities tab and scroll to the All entities table view for a list of EC2 instances associated with the cloud account.

  3. Click the vertical ellipsis () to the right of the EC2 instance name > Investigate.

A side panel opens, showing the AI-generated investigation results, including root cause analysis, contributing factors, and recommended mitigation actions for the selected EC2 resource.
