NetFlow Traffic Analyzer Installation and Upgrade Guide

NetFlow Traffic Analyzer (NTA) helps you monitor network traffic patterns, analyze bandwidth usage, and identify opportunities to optimize network performance and resource allocation.

NTA is a SolarWinds Platform product, and it is thus installed using the SolarWinds Installer. To obtain the installer, download NTA or any other SolarWinds Platform product from the SolarWinds Customer Portal. The installer is included in the download.

SolarWinds strongly recommends that you install the SolarWinds Platform on a server that is neither public, nor internet-facing. To learn about best practices for configuring your SolarWinds Platform installation securely, see Secure Configuration for the SolarWinds Platform.

Install NTA

To install NTA on premises, see the SolarWinds Platform Products Installation and Upgrade Guide. This guide helps you prepare your environment and install NTA using the SolarWinds Platform Installer.

Upgrade NTA

You can upgrade NTA directly from the SolarWinds Platform Web Console (Settings > My Deployment).
