Monitoring network performance is a key capability of SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted (formerly Hybrid Cloud Observability) and is available in the Essentials edition. Network Performance Monitor (NPM) is also available in a standalone module.

All interfaces on the selected node

Provides a list of all interfaces on the currently viewed node.

For each interface, this widget provides the following information:

  • An icon and label indicating interface status, where green is Up, yellow is Unknown, and red is Down.
  • The name of the interface with an icon indicating its type.

    • Click the interface name to open the Details view for the interface.

  • A label indicating the interface type.
  • If you have SolarWinds Toolset installed on the computer you are using to view the SolarWinds Platform Web Console, you can click an icon to open the Real-Time Bandwidth gauge. See Toolset Webhelp for more information.

Customize the widget

  1. Click Edit to customize the Title and Subtitle.
  2. Select the sorting criteria in the Sort By field.
  3. When you are finished editing the widget, click Submit.
