Known Issues and Helpful Hints

The Help dialog and Live Chat

For features powered by Loggly, Live Chat can be found in the Help dialog by clicking Help in the upper right corner of the window and clicking Live Chat under General Help.

Features powered by AppOptics do not have a Live Chat option.

Known Issues

Loggly Single Sign-On Users

The APM Integrated Experience is only available to SolarWinds Unified Login users. For Loggly, your Single Sign-On account is separate from your SolarWinds Unified Login account. If you are logged into Loggly using Single Sign-On, the APM Integrated Experience is not available.

Loggly Demo Data Users

The summary charts under will not display Loggly demo data. To send logs of real data to the summary charts, see Source Setup.

Navigation Notice: When the APM Integrated Experience is enabled, the products that make up the APM Integrated Experience share a common navigation and enhanced feature set.
