Other improvements
- The connection timeout value can now be changed in Oracle templates.
Security enhancements
- SAM now supports OpenSSL 3.0.
- SAM now uses the SolarWinds .NET agent instead of the AppOptics .NET agent. The SolarWinds .NET agent supports both AppOptics .NET platforms.
- SAM extended the connection timeout for the Oracle Template.

Installation or upgrade
For new installations, you can download the installation file from the product page on https://www.solarwinds.com or from the Customer Portal. For more information, see Get the installer.
For upgrades, go to Settings > My Deployment to initiate the upgrade. The SolarWinds Installer upgrades your entire deployment (all SolarWinds Platform products and any scalability engines).

SAM Oracle User Experience Monitor components
After upgrading to 2022.3, SAM Oracle User Experience Monitor components no longer working.
Resolution or Workaround: See SAM Oracle User Experience Monitor components not working after 2022.3 upgrade.
SAM templates show down/unknown status
After upgrading to 2022.3, SAM templates which utilize PowerShell (AppInsight, Custom Templates) show down/unknown status due to access denied errors.
Workaround:

Open the WebConsole and replace the path after Orion directory in the URL, as shown, and press Enter:
Orion/admin/advancedconfiguration/global.aspx -
