UDT 2026.4 System Requirements

Release date: October 20, 2026

SolarWinds strongly recommends that you install the SolarWinds Platform on a server that is neither public, nor internet-facing. To learn about best practices for configuring your SolarWinds Platform installation securely, see Secure Configuration for the SolarWinds Platform.

Important: These system requirements define the minimum requirements for User Device Tracker 2026.4 as a single product installed on SolarWinds Platform 2026.4. Requirements may increase for medium or large environments, or environments with multi-modules installed.

See the following sections:

Common SolarWinds Platform requirements

UDT 2026.4 runs on the SolarWinds Platform and has the same base requirements as SolarWinds Platform 2026.4.

See the SolarWinds Platform 2026.4 requirements for details.

For additional information about requirements and configurations, see the Multi-module system guidelines. You should also review your product administration guides and release notes for the exact product requirements beyond these minimums.

Additional requirements

Enterprise-level SolarWinds UDT deployments with the potential for more than 50,000 ports may need additional computing resources above the standards required for SolarWinds common components:
