Managing files and directories in FTP Voyager JV
You can use FTP Voyager JV to create, delete, copy, or move files and directories.
Create a new directory

Click New Dir in the toolbar of the appropriate pane.
You can also select the pane and click File > New Folder, or right-click the pane and click New Folder.

Enter a name for the directory, and click OK.
Delete files or directories
Deleting files or directories through FTP Voyager JV cannot be undone.

Select the files or directories.

Click Delete from the toolbar, File menu, or right-click menu.

Click Yes at the confirmation prompt.
Rename a directory or file

Select the item you want to rename.

From the File or right-click menu, click Rename. The name of the selected item becomes an edit box.

Enter the new name.

Press Enter or click outside the edit box.
Refresh a directory listing
If the contents of the current local or remote working directory are changed from outside FTP Voyager JV, manually refresh the directory listing to see the changes.
Right-click the pane and click Refresh, or select the pane and click View > Refresh.
View detailed information about a file or directory
Right-click the item and click Properties, or select the item and click File > Properties.
Copy or move files and directories
You can copy or move files and directories to other locations on the same file system.

Select the items to copy or move.

Do one of the following:

To move items, hold down the right mouse button. Then drag and drop the items into the list pane or tree pane of the same file system.

To copy items:

Hold down the right mouse button.

Drag and drop the items into the list pane or tree pane of the same file system. When you release the mouse button, a pop-up menu opens.

Click Copy Here.
