Monitoring your applications and environment is a key capability of Hybrid Cloud Observability and is also available in a standalone module, Server & Application Monitor (SAM). Hybrid Cloud Observability and SAM are built on the self-hosted SolarWinds Platform.

Verify SAM component configuration

The SAM component should use the credentials used for remote WMI. Verify you have these credentials set for the SAM components.

  1. Edit the SAM component and verify the credentials.

  2. To save changes, click Set Component Credentials, then click Submit.
