Error: Agent is not running in passive mode.

Information: The agent is running in an active connection mode and you cannot connect to it.

Resolution: Switch the agent mode to active. This can be done via redeployment by first uninstalling the current agent or by manual re-installation. Agents can switch modes via the Agent control panel on the server where the agent is installed.
