Monitoring your applications and environment is a key capability of SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted (formerly Hybrid Cloud Observability) and is available in the Essentials edition. Server & Application Monitor (SAM) is also available in a standalone module.

Domain Services

This AppInsight for Active Directory widget shows domain services running on the monitored node.

Metrics represent individual Domain Controller server events and performance counters; they are not related to the domain as a whole.

Available actions

  • Use the Zoom options to change how much time is displayed: 1 hour, 12 hours, or 24 hours.
  • Drill into the timeline for a statistic to display data provided by SolarWinds SAM.
  • Click a statistic link to open the Application Components Details page.
  • Click Edit to change the Title, Subtitle, time periods, and other details about the chart.
