Share a real user monitoring report
After Pingdom collects data from your monitored website, you can enable report sharing and share a report of the results with management and selected users within your organization.
By default, all users who can access your Pingdom account can access a report. Your Pingdom account privileges allow you to decide who can access the report. When you enable report sharing, users who cannot access your account can access the shared report. You can disable report sharing at any time.
The Real User Monitoring report provides insight about the user experience with your monitored website. You can view the number of active sessions, the time required to download and view your website, and the Application Performance Index (Apdex) score.
Apdex is an open standard for measuring software application performance. It provides a simple and calculated method to indicate whether your website performance meets the user's expectations. You can use this index to identify issues with your website or website provider.
All reports include a specific data retention span based on your Pingdom subscription.
Data retention span
You can change the report date and time to reflect a specific span of time. The following table lists the data retention span based on your subscription plan.

Enable report sharing

In the left menu, click the Real User Monitoring icon.

On the right side of the screen, click the ellipsis and then click Share.

Select the Enable sharing checkbox to access the shareable link.

Click Copy to copy the shareable link.
A message displays, acknowledging that the link is copied to your clipboard.
- Paste the link to a text file, email, or other resource.

Click Save to enable report sharing.

Share the link with users who need to access the report.
Disable report sharing

In the left menu, click the Real User Monitoring icon.

On the right side of the screen, click the ellipsis and then click Share.

Deselect the Enable sharing checkbox. When completed, the Shareable link field is disabled, and the report is no longer available to your selected users.

Click Save.
