Our web analytics platform is designed to help teams better understand and optimize user interactions within our software. It provides a unified solution for collecting behavioral data, delivering in-app guidance, and gathering user feedback.

Key capabilities include:

• User Behavior Analytics: Tracks feature usage, user journeys, and engagement patterns to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement.

• In-App Guidance: Enables the creation of contextual walkthroughs, tooltips, and announcements to support onboarding and feature adoption.

• Feedback Collection: Offers tools for capturing user sentiment through surveys and polls, helping teams validate ideas and prioritize enhancements.

Opt out of in-product feedback

If you don’t want to participate in web analytics feedback, you can opt out.

1. Go to Advanced settings.

   To access advanced settings, append the following to the hostname/IP address of your SolarWinds Platform Web Console in the browser: /Orion/Admin/AdvancedConfiguration/Global.aspx

2. On the Global tab, search for "SolarWinds.Guides".

3. Clear the FeedbackGuides box.

   You will no longer participate in in-product surveys.
