View and acknowledge alerts from mobile devices

Your product is capable of detecting when you are accessing the SolarWinds Platform Web Console from a mobile device. This mobile alerts view allows you to view and acknowledge existing active alerts.

  1. Using a browser on your mobile device, log in to your SolarWinds Platform Web Console as a user with alert management rights.
  2. Scroll down to Alert mobile view.

    If you want to view the mobile alerts view from a desktop or server browser, add ?IsMobileView=true or &IsMobileView=true to the URL of the Alerts view in your SolarWinds Platform Web Console.

  3. Select the alerts you want to acknowledge, and then tap Acknowledge.
  4. If you are prompted, add a note and tap acknowledge again.
