Error when creating a new group
This topic applies to all SolarWinds Platform products.
If you try to create a new group and you receive an error message about MSDTC, you should enable the MSDTC service on your SolarWinds Platform server and your SQL server.
This is an intermittent issue that is resolved by enabling MSDTC.
