NTM 2.2.2 System Requirements

You cannot install both NTM and SolarWinds Platform products, such as SolarWinds Hybrid Cloud Observability, on the same machine. If installed on the same machine, one of the products will not work.
SolarWinds strongly recommends that you install Network Topology Mapper on a server that is neither public, nor internet-facing. WMI uses TCP Port 135 and a range of dynamic ports between 1024 and 65535. You can set up WMI to use a custom range.
