Support for AWS entities
Added support for discovering AWS entities and displaying them on NTM maps.

Fixed customer issues

Installation or upgrade
For new installations, you can download the installation file from the product page on https://www.solarwinds.com or from the Customer Portal and install NTM on a standalone server.
