Introduction to upgrading Mobile Admin

You can upgrade to the full version of Mobile Admin for SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor (NPM) or SolarWinds Server and Application Monitor (SAM) by purchasing and applying a Mobile Admin license.

SolarWinds recommends installing Mobile Admin on a different computer or virtual machine from Free Mobile Monitor.

To upgrade:

  1. Purchase a Mobile Admin license from SolarWinds.
  2. Apply the license to your server.
  3. Restart Mobile Admin.
