View the notification and feed details in Mobile Admin

After you click the Notifications icon in the Mobile Admin home screen to view your notifications, the application displays several actions. The method you use to perform these actions will vary slightly depending on your device.

Notifications

In the Notifications screen, you can click Send Test Notification to send a test notification to your devices. You can also perform a test notification to ensure that your devices are receiving notifications.

You can also view the number and severity of notifications you received from your list of subscribed feeds. Select a feed to display notifications associated with that feed. You can also select a notification to view the details and determine the optimal method of resolution. From here, you can manage your list of notifications for your selected feed, such as deleting a single notification or all notifications and marking a single notification or all notifications as read or unread.

Feeds

When you select Subscribe to a new feed, the application directs you to the Subscribed Feeds screen where you can subscribe to a new feed or manage your subscribed feeds. To subscribe to a new feed, select Subscribe to a new feed and select the feed type for your notifications.

In the Subscribed Feeds screen, you can re-name or add additional feed information for your subscribed feeds. To update your subscribed feeds, this, select a feed, make the appropriate changes, and then click Save from the menu or screen associated with the selected feed.

Selecting a feed from the Subscribed Feeds screen also displays a Show Feed Source option in the menu. Select this option to view details about the feed and notifications.

To unsubscribe to one or all of your feeds, select the Unsubscribe All menu option on the Subscribed Feeds screen or the Unsubscribe menu option on the Manage Feed page of a specific feed.
