Create a subnet

A subnet is an IP address range within your network. When you add a new subnet, ipMonitor, creates a group that contains references to devices within the subnet. These references are automatically created when you create the subnet.

Do not manually add devices to a subnet.

  1. In the Devices tab under Groups, expand My Network and click Subnets.

  2. Click the Add drop-down menu and select Add New Subnet.

  3. In the Add Subnet window, enter the subnet name and IP address range.

  4. Click OK.
